Counted from the day it lands on your doorstep, not the day you ordered. Changed your mind counts. Doesn't fit your truck counts. Rattle counts.

What comes back

The hitch in usable condition, plus the anti-rattle clamp that shipped with it. Scuffs from a test fit are fine — we expect a hitch to look like it left the garage.

Who pays shipping

You do, on an ordinary change-of-mind return. We do — both directions — if the fault is ours: wrong item, damaged in transit, or a defect.

Bought somewhere else?

Amazon, eBay, and TikTok orders have to be returned through that platform, because that's who took your payment. Submit this form anyway and we'll send you the exact steps.

Broke instead of wrong?If your hitch failed during normal towing, that's the lifetime warranty, not a return — we replace it rather than refund it, with no time limit at all. Pick "Something broke or failed" below and we'll route it that way.

Return request

Two minutes. You'll get an email confirming we have it, then a second one with the shipping address once it's approved. Don't ship anything until that second email arrives.

Why it's this simple

Most return policies are written by someone trying to keep you from using them. Thirty days, but only if unopened. Full refund, less a restocking fee. Any reason, except the reason you have.

We went the other way. Thirty days from delivery, any reason, the full purchase price back. No restocking fee. If the hitch rattles and that bothers you, that's a reason — we'd rather have it back than have you living with it, and we'd rather know.

The only things we ask are that it comes back in usable shape and that the anti-rattle clamp comes back with it, because a hitch without its clamp isn't a complete unit for the next person.

If something arrived damaged or we shipped you the wrong thing, don't pay a cent. Tell us within seven days and we cover the freight in both directions.
