YakJak is operated by Square Investments, an Indiana company doing business as YakJak. “YakJak,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Square Investments.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use yakjak.com, purchase products, register a warranty, request a return, contact us, or use our related services (“Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify. Using the Services or providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to text messages.
Information We Collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we and our service providers may collect:
- Contact details, including your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order and payment information, including payment details processed by payment providers, purchase history, order numbers, purchase channels, and return or refund records.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Services, and from Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, marketplaces, and other service providers where permitted.
We use information to process payments and orders; arrange delivery; manage accounts, returns, refunds, and warranties; respond to inquiries; display submitted reviews; improve and personalize the Services; prevent fraud; protect security; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; resolve disputes; and honor privacy and communication preferences.
We may also use information for promotional emails, postal communications, and online advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices. Our customer-care SMS program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
SMS Customer Care and Mobile Information
YakJak, a brand of Square Investments, offers optional, non-marketing customer-care text messages about your inquiries and related product, order, warranty, or return assistance. We send these messages only after you expressly opt in.
We use your mobile number, message content, and SMS consent records to provide customer support, operate the messaging program, and honor your communication preferences.
We do not sell, share, or provide mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose this information to service providers only as necessary to operate messaging and customer-support services on our behalf. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any marketing or affiliate-sharing provisions elsewhere in this policy exclude mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also email info@yakjak.com or call 877-925-5254.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number, placing an order, registering a warranty, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you. Customer-care consent does not authorize promotional texts.
After opting out, you may receive an opt-out confirmation, but no further messages through this program unless you opt in again. We may retain consent and opt-out records to honor your preferences and meet applicable obligations.
How We Disclose Information
Subject to the SMS restrictions above, we may disclose information to:
- Shopify and service providers supporting payments, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, support, communications, reviews, analytics, storage, and security.
- Advertising providers that help measure advertising and display relevant advertisements, subject to your privacy choices. This excludes mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent.
- Parties you direct us to share information with, or related business entities for legitimate purposes consistent with this policy.
- Authorities or other parties when necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, protect safety or rights, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.
- Parties involved in a business transfer, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable law and continued protection of information. Such a transfer does not authorize third-party marketing use of mobile information or SMS consent data.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Choices

Your Privacy Rights

Public Content and Third-Party Services
Reviews and content submitted for publication may be publicly visible. Avoid including sensitive information. Third-party websites, marketplaces, and social-media services operate under their own privacy policies; review those policies before providing information.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can review and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share, as defined by applicable law, personal information of individuals under 16.
International Processing
