Free shipping to the lower 48. No minimum, no threshold to hit, no code to remember.

Free shipping, lower 48

Standard shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted at checkout based on actual carrier cost. We don't ship internationally yet.

Processing

• Orders leave our shop within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.
• During a promotion or a holiday rush it can run a day longer. If it will, we'll tell you.

Delivery estimates

Once your order is on the truck:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited, when available: 2–3 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier backups happen and they're outside our hands.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a day of your ship notice, check your spam folder, then call us.

Carriers and P.O. boxes

We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Which one depends on weight and where you are. A billet aluminum hitch is heavy freight for its size, so we can't deliver to a P.O. box — give us a street address at checkout.

Check your address

Verify your shipping address before you place the order. We can't cover redelivery fees or delays caused by an address that was wrong or incomplete at checkout. Catch it early and call us — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it for free.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your hitch arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. If a package goes missing, tell us and we'll open the carrier claim ourselves. Either way you get a replacement or a refund — you don't chase the carrier, we do.
