7. Returns and Warranty

Many YakJak products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty. Warranty coverage applies only under the terms described in our Lifetime Warranty Policy and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from exceeding rated capacities.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any YakJak product:

  • Is used within its published weight ratings

  • Is inspected before each use

Failure to properly install or use towing equipment may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.

Always follow the installation instructions and your vehicle manufacturer's towing guidelines.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
