YakJak Return Policy & Lifetime Guarantee

At YakJak, we believe towing equipment should be built to last. That's why every YakJak product is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.

Lifetime Guarantee

If your YakJak product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use, we'll replace it—for life.

No complicated forms. No hassle. Just contact us, return the product, and we'll send you a replacement.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all included components.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lifetime Replacement Process

If your YakJak product becomes damaged or fails during normal intended use:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team.
  2. Provide your order number (or proof of purchase), a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product.
  3. Once your claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
  4. After we receive the product, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

If the original product has been discontinued, YakJak reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent or upgraded product of equal or greater value.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures
  • Weld failures
  • Structural failures during normal intended use
  • Hardware failures resulting from manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear including scratches, fading, or surface rust
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage resulting from vehicle collisions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products used beyond their published weight ratings or intended purpose
  • Commercial rental or industrial applications unless specifically stated
  • Lost or stolen products

Return Shipping

For approved warranty claims, YakJak will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original product back unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return has been inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
